I've done the salt cave and loved the total relaxation, I have also done the detox and it was mind blowing!!!!!And now I'm really interested in the salty yoga, I think I definitely will give that a try.

What a fantastic place! The staff is friendly and informative. The treatment rooms are lovely and the Salt Cave is wonderful! I had a truly excellent massage with Randi that left me totally relaxed and rejuvenated. I can’t wait to come back!!
