Claimed to have fixed my problem, and charged $250 that supposedly came with a 30-day guarantee. After a few days it was clear that the problem had never been fixed at all. Left me with damaged equipment that camouflaged the problem. Promised to come back out, and never showed up. Never called. The founder of the company would be so disappointed. Would not recommend. Joe and Sarah are an awesome team! They quickly returned our call and put us on their schedule first thing the next morning. Joe was informative, straight to the point, and very fair. He fixed the problem quickly and let us know what to look out for in the future. We will definitely use Joe again in the future!
