Richard Chambers and Joe Spinale not only were beyond grossly negligent in my case, they stole my retainer and falsified double the retainer fees after two years of not giving me any statements. They doubled my fees to twice the amount of my retainer right at the end —then attempted to get me to fire them by bribing me to give some of my money back so they didn’t have to do the work to go to trial.
