06-25-2025 UPDATE: the now new manager 2 years later is definitely more helpful and available when need so much better. PREVIOUS: I've lived here about 6 year's soon... Manager was very respectful and friendly
I just got approved for my new apartment here yesterday and am very excited to move in today. Misty, the property manager, is so sweet and was very helpful in assisting me with my application process. I'm very excited to be living here, the rent is very well priced considering the location and appearance of the apartments. I have waited to move into a University Place apartment complex until the perfect one came available for me. I am so glad that it worked out in His timing--perfectly! The schools here are great, and its such a quick commute to get your kiddo to and from their school (if you forgo the bus).
