typical apartment nonsense. Expect litigious nickel and diming, expect to be treated like a crook not a customer. Ive put in maintenance requests for two items, and neither were fixed, even though one was a $10 part. Laundry facilities are residential machines not commercial and just aren't very good, sometimes broken. You get what you pay for, but here I cant say its worth it.
We have lived in the Chambers Pointe Apartments for 2 years and we have loved our time here. We’re only a block away from the Chambers Bay Golf Course and get to walk the trail around the course any day. This is the best apartment you could hope for in University Place, especially if you’re a golfer (I am). Outside of that, the drive to get here from any way is another great benefit, the trees are just too admirable. Any issue that we had with this apartment was taken care of very quickly.
