I just got approved for my new apartment here yesterday and am very excited to move in today. Misty, the property manager, is so sweet and was very helpful in assisting me with my application process. I'm very excited to be living here, the rent is very well priced considering the location and appearance of the apartments. I have waited to move into a University Place apartment complex until the perfect one came available for me. I am so glad that it worked out in His timing--perfectly! The schools here are great, and its such a quick commute to get your kiddo to and from their school (if you forgo the bus). Was given assurance by property manager regarding approval. Applied ($140 for application) for mom with guarantor who makes more than 7x the rental amount. Waited more than 3 weeks to hear back only to be denied for "rental verification" and "lack of income". Very shady practice from a shady company. Check out Dobler Management before applying. We are not the only victims
Very clean quiet neighborhood friendly tenants and pets. Management is welcoming, friendly and helpful. Awesome place to live!
I've loved here aboit 6 year's soon... The manager sucked a lot never did anything of she didn't have too A new manager came sadly she seemed ok she left she was sick... A new manager is now here have not heard nothing about them but from other residents so mayne send a freaking EMAIL or whatever but cool we all just a meal ticket 🎟.....
