My mother's funeral was canceled without my permission. Everything was prearranged a year ahead and insurance already paid for. But day of wake I was greatly heartbroken and disappointed. The funeral home also posted her information incorrectly on the website and some people showed up on the wrong day. I haven't even received an apology.
