I had an excellent experience today with Kelly (hygienist) and Dr. Chambers. Kelly was friendly and did a very thorough cleaning. She took time to ask questions about changes in my health and daily routine (change of medicine, new job) to make sure she understood the reasons behind the change in my oral health. Dr. Chambers was also very thorough with his exam and took the time to talk through a few things. I didn't feel rushed in asking my questions like I was just a number. They truly care about their patients.
dental service itself is good provider answers all questions well and are thorough but the staff is rude and when they make a phone call they don't have the names right or nor ask who they are talking with nor who the service was provided to and why the bill is pending . they called me saying that a bill was pending for ME ( I clarified and made the person read out the name ) the person clearly read out my name and said this bill was for my services which the insurance company disallowed , I clarified that I was not in their... read more
