I don’t like how the houses don’t come with the lights in every bedroom and how they don’t even have a microwave even the living room doesn’t have lights. I could give this Zero stars but I can’t. So expensive and every single year you can 100% count on the rent going up a minimum 100$. A little over $1,300.00 a month for studio apartment that's less than 800 square feet. And that was a year ago update, as of today. I'm now spending over $1500 for the studio apartment and to be honest, the people in the office are very nice, but kind of frustrating with the policies. I rented a unit from out of state. When I arrived from the airport, I was not allowed to inspect the apartment before being given the keys. Turned out the apartment was so moldy. It reeked of mold. I had a 5 month lease so did not have many choices available. It was terrible! We were able to vacate the apartment after 3 months and it sat empty for the last 2 months. After informing them it was vacant we were told we were just out of luck. They charged us 2 months of full utilities for those 2 months plus the rents of course.... read more
We lived in these apartments for a while. We just moved out recently. I would just like to say don’t waste your time and money. We had a newly hired maintenance man fake fix some stuff. Also, when we moved in everything wasn’t new which is fine. What I find not okay is getting charged for things that were already chipped, broken or damage when you move out.
