At approximately 1:30 a.m. on August 5, 2026, I returned home from work and drove through the entire parking area serving the hill and Building 21 four separate times. Every legal space was occupied. There was also no available street parking below the complex. I was exhausted, trying to get home, and genuinely had nowhere lawful to leave my vehicle. The parking problem was frustrating enough. Everything was going on well until someone broke into my car this morning and stole certain things and I didn’t even know where to start from. I don’t feel safe anymore. You need to install cameras in your parking lot please! Your parking lot should be monitored and recorded for safety purposes. Today they broke into next time they will tamper with ignition and steal my car.
Don’t recommend this place my delivery packages were continuously stolen since were delivered at my door and anyone can walk by and grab them since these apartments aren’t not fence and have no security cameras or any security whatsoever and easy access from the street. If you want your stuff stolen move in.

Took $1300 out of our security deposit due to “burnt out lights” “minor cleaning” “crumbs in bottom drawer of oven”. Also most of the agents in the leasing office are very rude and talk down to you if you have any questions like your stupid. Do not recommend. Also charged us half rent for last month just to take that out of the deposit as well instead of just charging us full rent.
