Have lived here for 3 years and have had maintenance come and paint over our black mold in the bathroom twice. Dryer stains clothes with black streaks that won’t come out, when brought to maintenance attention they just clean it out and leave. Today came home from work with a leak in the ceiling and walls from upper floor. Maintenance came and poked a hole in it, put down fans and left. Told us to leave it like this for 3 DAYS!!!
