Have lived here for 3 years and have had maintenance come and paint over our black mold in the bathroom twice. Dryer stains clothes with black streaks that won’t come out, when brought to maintenance attention they just clean it out and leave. Today came home from work with a leak in the ceiling and walls from upper floor. Maintenance came and poked a hole in it, put down fans and left. Told us to leave it like this for 3 DAYS!!! Though having just relocated from California I am thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend Chambers Creek Estates. There are so many amenities and it is located in a beautiful area close to essential services. This place is like a resort, with beautifully maintained grounds, and it is a very safe community. The management staff give high priority to residents' concerns and are highly professional. Excellent place to live and very affordable, too.
