I was very pleased and comforted with the service, comfort, and help provided when taking my granddaughter for her immunization. at the Valley, AL chambers county health dept. Tammy, the office clerk at the health dept went out of her way to assist me with everything from listening, understanding, and empathizing with my situation to helping tme to get in a technology drive I could work with in order to provide her with the info and papers the department needed in order to provide us the newded service. Got my baby’s shots here with no issues whatsoever. Everyone I encountered was very polite and professional. We were in and out in an hour.

Was scheduled for a well water test on 3 November and no one from the environmental department showed or called to let me know what was happening. I'm on hold getting my mortgage on my home just for this last certification. Tried calling numerous times and no answer.
