My daughter Emily (and I) had a good experience renting through Chambers. When we moved out, they let me know what needed attending to, and gave us a chance to fix it before just keeping all of the deposit.

Do not rent from this company and definitely would not recommend entrusting them with managing your property because they are truly negligent. In a pinch to find a home we rented a property from these people that was 1) way overpriced 2) needed major repairs that they said would be started immediately and finished within a few weeks. Now we are 7 months into the lease and NOTHING has been done with the exterior as promised, including replacing rotting cedar shake, also windows and siding.
