Kent has been doing our taxes since 2012. My husband and I have always found him to be professional and courteous. He is extremely proficient and knowledgeable with accounting and taxes. In the last couple of years, unfortunate health issues have not allowed him to always be in the office, as much as he would like. Despite this, he still works tirelessly to finish his work. Is this business still open? I’ve left dozens of messages regarding my fathers taxes and NO ONE ever calls me back. I have sent multiple emails and no one answers. I’m assuming his taxes are just left unfinished?
Probably one on my MOST important google reviews… however I feel as if Kent is out of business now, but JUST INCASE!! Me & my wife have been with Kent for the last few years, and with numbers he is great!! Good at what he does for sure, HOWEVER his professionalism & communication is significantly lacking. Been going to Kent for over 15yrs. He has always been on top of everything. Even last year, when I forgot to get an appointment with him in time to get them done before 15 Apr, and when I called him to ask if he could file an extension, he said he already had filed one for me, and we could do my taxes anytime over the summer whenever I had time. Looking forward to using Kent's services for as long as he stays in the business.
