We could not be more pleased with Chamberlin Home Inspections. Larry and his associate did a very thorough inspection of our new future home. His thoroughness prevented potential future hazards for us as there were issues we would not have known about or had the knowledge to spot ourselves. Larry was very professional, prompt and friendly. We highly recommend Chamberlin Home Inspections.

Larry was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Larry inspected two home's for us. The first one had many issues that the realtor tried to hide or explain as something small or inexpensive. Being a first time home buyer we would have taken the realtor's advice. However, Larry was honest and took time to explain every issue and cost for each repair. After words we got a new realtor found another home and had Larry inspect that home. We were again pleased with Larry and are now two weeks away from closing.

First off the communication was horrible. Then he showed up to the wrong address after telling him repeatedly where the correct address was. Once he was on the property his attitude was very negative before even starting. Not to mention the house and the neighborhood. He said the basement was full of mold of which it was not after further review, the home was damp in the basement because the gutters were not set properly. My wife and I are buying our first home and decided to use Mr.Chamberlin. He did an amazing job. He was very professional, at the same time very personable. He was very professional and yet very personable. I felt that he was looking out for my best interest and being honest about what he saw. The report was helpful and gave me peace of mind. It was an unusually HOT day too and he still did a thorough job. I appreciate the professionalism and honesty.
