They took over the apartment I'm living in from Rhino and since then, everything has gone to hell. The elevator hasn't been working for almost 3 weeks and all they've done is put an out of order sign on only the first floor. I know for a fact that people in wheelchairs are living on the upper floors so that's unacceptable. They also turned the A/C on while it was cold so it was freezing in the apartment. I don't know if this property manager is trying to get people to break their leases but since they took over The Portals from Rhino, they've let this place go to hell. The elevator has been broken for over two weeks straight, almost 3 now. They turned the AC on THE DAY it was under 30° at night and it worked well, then a week later they brought out HVAC technicians and managed to make it do nothing. I feel like a fool for renting from one of their properties because it is so gross and mismanaged. from the get-go just air conditioning was my only main concern to have good air conditioning after I move in I find out I only get it six months out of the year half the time . safety issues are a problem and I move specifically because of safety issues. You must do better at taking care of your properties!! We woke up with NO water again at The Towers!! Ya all rent out apartments KNOWING the water won’t work often ( THAT IS SO SHADY AND SNEAKY) that your tenants the people who help pay ALL OF YOUR SALARIES won’t have water will have messy elevators 5 days out week!!
