"my new favorite chic boutique " – The hotel itself is very deceiving from the outside as it is perched on a residential hill. It is a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle located on the boulevard. Once inside I was surprised by the design as it is grasping, the staffs smiles are welcoming and the music is soothing. The staff knew me yet they maintained a very welcoming professionally demeanor. The bed was amazing, I felt bad for my wake-up caller as I continued to ask for five more minutes. Chamberlain Works! – Smaller boutique place in WeHo with well-managed staff. The decor is mostly Liberace Chic without a certain vulgarity to it. The amenities are decent although the place with the olympic pool and arcade are east to Hollywood. Enjoyed staying there.

Hip Hidden Hideout – This place is owned by the ppl who own Viceroy & Avalon. I found thru a friend in LA who is up the street from this place & suggested it. The hotel is hip + cool, has great design but is not a "scene". If you want to be in West Hollywood but not deal with drama or attitude, then I highly recommend this place. Rooms are HUGE, beds are super comfortable, fireplace in my room, rooftop pool is very chic and has views of the city. Noisy Neighbors – Stayed for several nights in 2002. Very juetlagged after long trip - at 2:30am found that the walls were thin when the girls in the adjacent room came back from a club...... For the next two nights the new guest held conference calls at 5:00am, he might as well have been in the living room. Aside from this bad luck the hotel staff were very helpful and the place is relatively good value, with good sized, if a little basic, suites
