We have lived here for ten years along with our two golden retrievers. Our experience has been nothing but perfect. First and foremost the quality of our unit is outstanding. We own a Princeton and added a sunporch and a gym in the basement. It's ideal for us and our two dogs who thoroughly enjoy the walking paths. If you're looking for a community of neighbors who care this is the place.
It could be worse, the roof could leak. Prior to closing, of course everything is fine, but then again, they haven't been paid yet : ) After closing, expect inattention. You are a nuisance. My heat pumps have been broken for this incredibly hot summer and Tim Cretian at 'razor sharp property management' and Felicia Gavett 'the manager' either missed my emails or don't return calls.
