The manager who "runs" this place is extremely rude, unprofessional, unreliable, and blatantly lies for her own gain. Her name is Monica. Tried to go above her, and call what they claim is "cooperate", only to never receive a return phone call back, or obviously receive no help at all in reporting the manager. I would recommend looking elsewhere, or simply remove yourself from the "waiting list". Need to get to know management and then go from there also try living in Marengo the lay out sucks Genoa is 100 %better
