I have never gone to a dentist and felt so welcome and part of the team until I arrived this morning at Chamberlain General. It was clean, quick, and an overall happy environment. Dr. Chamberlain took the time to make sure I understood everything going on and there was no rush for him to get to the next patient before I have all my questions answered.

Dr. Chamberlain is the best dentist I have ever been to, and I am in my early 60's. His staff is well trained and patient. My IMPORTANT concern is that I was going to be sedated, however, the nurse that was doing the sedation could not find a vein to insert the sedation needle. Dentist sent her on her way & explained my options, I was very nervous & not thrilled that the nurse didn't/couldn't do her job properly. dentist is practically painless - very very gentle,always concerned with one's pain level. Explains procedures and worst possible situations that MAY happen. Office is CLEAN & he works with the most updated equipment I have experienced. Staff is exceptional & well trained, very polite & understanding with exception of one dental helper - she has an attitude & speaks down to one, and its easily noticeable (for whatever reason) that she is pissed off, one has insulted her or whatever her problem is. This dentist office goes above and beyond for it's patients !! No matter what you're in there for they make you feel comfortable. I am so greatful a friend referred me to them and would have no problem referring to my family and friends to them !
All of the staff (Dr. Chamberlain and all we encountered) were friendly, courteous and professional. Lisa, the dental hygienist, was excellent. It was most impressive for our first visit. We will be back. I've already told two people about our great experience!
I went in for a cleaning and Lisa was great. She described everything she was going to do and made It as comfortable as it could be. The cleaning went well and didn't have any discomfort at all. Doctor chamberlain came in and explained to me what needed to be done as easy as possible and gave details that were very helpful.
Great cleaning by Lisa....with her efforts and teaching my gums and oral hygiene have improved. I will follow w periodontal referral. Thanks!
