They recently fixed a spring on my sister’s garage, and also replaced my grandmas garage door. When they called, someone came out within the same day to assess the problem. They completely replaced my grandmas garage door within 48 hours. They were so incredibly kind to her, and I will forever be thankful for that. It meant the world to both her and me.
I called at 8 with a broken spring and Chamberlain had 2 technicians out by 930 and by 10 my door was done. Friendly, efficient and affordable, would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needed door repair.
They were very friendly and respectful of me and my property. The guys did an amazing job of replacing my seals, retainers and rollers. They even put a new pull rope on the door that was missing one. I highly recommend Chamberlain Garage Door Co. for your garage door needs.
The Chamberlain garage door opener was manufactured in Jan of 2019 and uses TLS (Transport Layer Security in addition to HTTPS web browsing security protocols. In Aug of 2020 when the myQ sensors were purchased, the primary security protocols used were IPsec and VPNs as well as SSl/TLS and Kerberos. Chamberlain was great. Our garage door broke and I tried calling our prior company. After 27 tries and 27 busy signals, I called Chamberlain. Jonathan was there in 15 minutes. He was very courteous and professional as was the young man with him. They fixed it within 20 minutes and recalibrated the sensors that had been broken for a while. I was so grateful to not to be stuck inside the garage. Very reasonable cost for repairs. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks a lot
