Chamberlain was great. Our garage door broke and I tried calling our prior company. After 27 tries and 27 busy signals, I called Chamberlain. Jonathan was there in 15 minutes. He was very courteous and professional as was the young man with him. They fixed it within 20 minutes and recalibrated the sensors that had been broken for a while. I was so grateful to not to be stuck inside the garage. Very reasonable cost for repairs. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks a lot
Car and property stolen due to faulty logic board , have lost over $5000 and they will not compensate me. 100% their fault! Phantom door opening, they are aware of their issue. Logic boards on back order I wonder why!!
I got help over the phone by a chamberlain garage technician, her name is Mia. She was extremely helpful, kind, and patient. She was also very knowledgeable on the product. I couldn’t have fixed my garage without her, and I was really thankful. I would recommend chamberlain garage.
I highly recommend this company for any garage door needs. They came out and took a look at my door within 30 minutes of me calling. They explained all my options and gave me a quote.
