I really hate dentists.it usually turns out worse than expected.went in very nervous. Was comforted right away.mutt tooth was fixed in no time.slight discomfort at first but,a breeze after that.I highly recommend if seeking a dentist.
I love this place my first impression was that they are very family oriented and caring. From the front office to the back are very friendly and knowledgeable. My son and I left there very happy and very informed of our care now and future care
It honestly was the best dental visit ever. I came in with a chipped tooth and a cavity underneath. I was anticipating the usual x-rays and set up an appt. later to fix it. Dr Frandsen took care of it all that day. He didn't lecture me about brushing or flossing. He didn't try to do anything extra, or try to squeeze more money out of me. He just did what I came for and sent me on my way. It was amazing!
We took our 3 year old to see Dr. Heninger and have her teeth cleaned. My appointment was at the same time but the ladies were fantastic with my daughter. She was in the room next to me and I could hear them talking sweet and showing her everything she asked about. Dr. Heninger was awesome like he always is. No tears and one happy little girl after is a win in my book.
Had checkup, x-ray, cleaning, and one small cavity filled. Quick and thorough! No pain even w/o anesthetic. I think it was priced right and discounted for cash payment.
Dr. Heninger and his staff are very helpful with questions, I felt very comfortable.
What a change in time, going from an dental office, that time stood still, to transferring to a dental office that has all the modern equipment and having a dentist that just recently graduated from Dental School. The experience of having my teeth cleaned by a certified Dental Hygienist, who is young and walks you through every part of the cleaning, makes me feel very welcome and at ease. Had a 6 month checkup and cleaning with braces on. The staff were great and praised me a lot for remembering to get my wires removed before the cleaning. Dr Heninger checked my teeth and found a small cavity. He was able to fix it right then. I appreciated not having to come back for another appointment for a 10 minute cavity fix. Great office staff, great dental assistants, and great dentists. Even though I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, I don't mind going there because they're kind and knowledgable.
Had a good office visit. Good to see you all again.
