I scheduled a tour, arrived 1 minute after the grace period that I was not informed of when booking. I’m in the office & they said they can’t tour even though the office was full of agents & they were all twiddling their thumbs. Fine, I rescheduled in person only to show up a week later and they said I wasn’t on the list for appointments. Keep in mind, I rebooked in person.
