I lived at the property. Everyone in the office were very helpful. Michelle and Jonathan are very good at keeping up with the property. I love it here.
Current tenant here for almost a year. I absolutely love my unit. Big windows, concrete walls,15 ft ceilings and central air. Michelle our property manager is kind empathetic and overall a good person ☺️ I’ve enjoyed working with her throughout my time here. More communities need a Michelle.
Ease of signing was great. The office was super helpful and I am super happy about the move. Super nice building!
I can honestly attest that everyone who has given this building a bad review/low rating is correct and anyone who has given this building a high rating/good review has either been paid by management or has not lived in this building long enough to truly know what's going on. Wanna give the 5 star to Michelle and Johnathan, I was in a weird situation when I moved out here and they were able to help me get into a apartment pretty quickly also very helpful with any questions I’ve had. Also I wouldn’t listen to the “non-commutative” reviews I haven’t had any real troubles getting in contact with the leasing office.
