I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. My teeth cleaning felt very rushed. I was disappointed that they didn't take the time to clean my teeth thoroughly. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate.
