Poor bedside manner. I had a full body scan for moles which meant I had to completely undress. When the appointment was done, without even giving me a chance to cover myself, she swings open the door and leaves the room as I stood there naked for anyone in the hall to see. She seemed like she was in a rush and quickly dismissed any questions I had.
Waited over 45 minutes which happens most times I go to this office. Doctor rushed my visit. Barely listened.
I brought my 15 year old daughter for acne. Dr. Cham was very friendly and my daughter was very comfortable showing her the acne on her chest and back. She explained everything with great detail and kept asking my daughter if she understood and had any questions. She put my daughter on a medication that is different from the ones she had tried in the past and explained why. I liked her very much and we will be returning next month for a follow up. I would definitely recommend her.
Dr. Cham is so wonderful and nice! She was thorough ad very informative. Best dermatologist I have ever been to!
I love my Dr. Cham. She has cut more pre-cancerous garbage off of me than you would believe. I trust her fully. I am blessed with having lots of moles...err. I consider myself a special case. Dr. Cham doesn't let anything go, or slip by. She takes care of it immediately. Yes, she can be hard to understand, yes she talks fast. Open your mouth and tell her that you don't understand. She has been more than happy to take the time and answer my questions. I would not trust anyone else with my skin.
Awful... Her bedside manner is awful and doesn't listen at all. Go to someone else!
Dr. Cham was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great doctor to make an appointment.
I don't question her expertise, but found her a bit difficult to communicate, she speaks quickly and found a bit put-off by her bedside manner sort of speak. Though she's open to any additional health issues you might want to discuss.
I have seen Dr. Cham twice - once for a plantar's wart and once for a milia cist. Both times she diagnosed me immediately, put me at ease and answered all my questions, and prescribed a course of treatment that was effective. In the case of the cist, she removed it quickly and almost painlessly during the same visit and there is no scar. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and communicative.
