Update: I have since been back and was able to get service the same day (after hours, but i was still able to get in there, in a very timely manner). You can now schedule online again, or call in and get an appointment, all 5 stars have been restored, in my personal view. This star is for their level of communication, which is just awful at this point in time, they don't call people back. Well, my car took longer than expected and I was waiting for it. I had an appointment immediately followed by a dinner I needed to get to and there were last minute complications. Annoying and frustrating but things unexpected do happen. The team was very quick to jump into action and get me a loaner for the evening! And honestly, that made a world of difference!
