As usual Lance and all others at the Quick lane treated me very well. When I inadvertently left my glasses there he called to let me know he found them and then held them for me until I was able to pick them up. Above and beyond. A great outfit there.
Jose was great got me checked in fast and he let me know on what was going on he told me what the technician found out on the car and what else I needed to get fixed .
Great customer service and kept up to date with time of tire delivery. Would definitely use them again!
One star is too much! Not recommended at all based on my last service experience. An oil change took almost 2 hours, and I was overcharged — instead of the quoted $75, I was charged $130. On top of that, some of the claimed services do not appear to have been performed at all. Very disappointing experience.
