I purchased what was advertised as a 1 ounce bar of pure gold at peak market pricing of over $5,000. Once I got home I looked at my “gold bar” and immediately knew it was not a genuine 1 ounce gold bar. Chalmers refunded my money the next day. I find it very surprising a jeweler of over 30 years experience doesn’t know the difference between real pure gold or gold plated. Talia was amazing with assisting me with getting an engagement ring. She listened to my ideas, my budget, what works, and things to avoid and found the perfect band and diamond for the big moment. I am so excited to pop the question knowing this is the ring I have for the woman I love. Cannot recommend Chalmers and Talia enough they really are there to listen and help find or make the perfect ring!

We have had such a great experience at Chalmers. My mom lost the main diamond in her wedding ring, Jeffrey was able to help us select a new diamond and setting. They were able to make the repairs quickly and our stepdad was able to present her the repaired ring before he passed away.
