My "GO TO" place for jewelry because not only do they have the ability to answer any of my questions in person or online but they always help us with our jewelry needs. I can inquire about any piece of jewelry they have or can order and they always have time to talk with me about it even as an established customer. I'm always getting something cleaned up or repaired or upgraded due to their quality of services. They do not have rhodium plating for adding that layer of protection to jewelry though.
Came in to get a watch adjusted. Will have very fast service and helped me with getting my first watch sized up!

Went in to see if they could tighten the prongs on my engagement ring. In less than 5 minutes, they had my prongs tightened and ring cleaned, and all free of charge! Will be going back for wedding bands now!
