Wanted to give a shout out to Talia @ Chalmers Jewelers in Middleton. I brought my pearl necklace in to get a clasp repaired. In less than 5 minutes, they were able to tweak it enough to avoid having to replace it and refused to charge me for the fix. That is customer service above and beyond anything I expected. Will be back for sure!

We were helped by Talia in our journey to create our wedding band. She was very helpful in creating our custom band. We had a shorter than anticipated time frame to customize, create and finish our band due to eloping on a trip but she made the process simple and easy.
