Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication and urgency on getting a new homeowners insurance policy. We were so disappointed with this entire process and would not recommend Chalmers to any of our friends who are buying their first homes.
We are really happy with the care and service we get from Chalmers Insurance. They are always quick to return a call or email, and are very kind and patient with all our questions. We highly recommend them to friends and family often!

Tried to get my insurance cancelled all month long as I moved out of state. FINALLY on the last day of the month before I get charged, they send me a release form to sign and continue to charge my account. Terrible company and terrible customer service. You guys should be absolutely disgusted and ashamed in your abilities to do your job.
