Worst experience ever. I should have known it would be bad since the day of closing the AC unit broke. The lights upstairs flicker when you walk by sometimes. And my baby was play in the bathtub a little and some water come onto the floor and ruined nearly all the lights in the house. I try to contact them for warranty and they say oh no sorry that's your fault. Do not live here These houses are a joke! everything was made poorly, find alot of issue with almost everything Rude workers!!! I don't feel safe living in the house... read more

I hope this helps a future home buyer. I found the purchase process with Challenger to be great. It was not until we lived in the home and had to submit a service request that we ran into issues. Hopefully the below situation helps a future home buyer make a decision on which builder to use. We purchased our home as of October of 2022.
