Challenger AC & Heat is truly outstanding! They were honest, professional, and clearly know what they’re doing. They diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly, all at a very reasonable price. The technician was respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. I’m extremely satisfied with their service and will absolutely be using them again in the future. Highly recommended!
Outstanding service. I live in a condo building, AC went down. They were fast scheduling, they provided COI needed by my HOA in no time, and they were on time and fixed it. After I paid, they answered many additional questions I had about the invoice. Highly highly recommended.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Challenger Company in Roselle. After they installed my hot water heater, the manufacturer later issued a recall. When my unit suddenly stopped working, I reached out for help—only to be immediately told that it must be the recalled part, without anyone even coming out to inspect or properly diagnose the issue.
