I have been using Chalkville Small Engine for years with no problems. Their prices are very reasonable, sometimes I was expecting to pay more! They do tend to get busy during certain times of the year and you have to wait two, or three weeks for repairs, but it is worth it! They are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!
Best small engine repair shop in the country. Very nice people. They have helped me for 20+ years.
I have bought equipment and let them service all my lawnmowers weed eaters and blowers for 20 years . Always honest fair and do a great job . They are busy and not the fastest so I take my equipment in the off season for service. They only take check or cash and are very knowledgeable and friendly.
I dropped off my push mower with a Briggs & Stratton engine. It's an Ariens mower and they knew it was an Ariens when I dropped it off. Three weeks later they called me to come get it and that I need to take it to an Ariens dealer. Nothing was done at all and no charges. Don't understand why they took it in the first place.
Called and was told 3 wks for pick up, so we waited. Called at 3 wks and was told another week. Called after another week of waiting and was told once again it would be another week. Very poor service!!!!! After 5 wks of waiting not even a call back!!!! Horrible.... will never recommend this business for anything!!! Hugh waist of time!
