Root canal done years ago, still suffering from his hack job. He hummed the entire procedure, his chairside manner was unem-pathetic, his receptionist was rude, and the $quote did not include all the work done. Finally rating this visit, it's been haunting me for years. I would not recommend him, nor return to his office. I am not his smiling patient, don't know how to erase that heading.
Dr. Chalk is very professional, compassionate and considerate. He answered all my questions, was patient and thorough even though my root canal was challenging due to an earlier orthodontia treament that made the root crooked. I was never in doubt that he would do a great job. Highly recommend his office. His staff is extremely helpful and compassionate as well.
