Under the prior management, while it was an old building with a lot of issues, the price range and very good, responsive management who promptly addressed maintenance concerns made it a pretty good cheap place to live. Under new management, prices have increased, new fees have been added without warning, and maintenance takes forever and often shows up without prior notice. Place is a dump. Zero communication from mgmt. Roaches, mold, washers and dryers are constantly not working, rain soaks downstairs hallway every time it rains. None of the multitude entrances are secured allowing local teens to use bldg as a playground.
Just moved in a couple of months back. Lot of cockroaches, no cleaning of the hallways. Due to rain ceiling started leaking water, still waiting for someone to come and repair it. Very slow service, and yes you can hear what your neighbors are talking about all the times.
