She was negligent in my husbands care, abused her authority as an NP, did not review documentation from specialists. She billed twice for a physical when she never touched him. She also walksed out of visit when questioned her logic. I wish I coiuld give no starts. Office Manager Kate supports her bad decisions
Unimpressed. Recently saw her because my doc was unavailable. She was rushed and barely asked any questions about my illness and its symptoms. Did some tests and told me that if they are negative, then I have “a virus” and gave minimal to no instructions on symptom management. Did not do a strep test.
I have been under Chalice Santorelli's care since 2018 and am grateful for that fact. She has helped me navigate some difficult health issues as well as my Recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. I feel heard by her, cared about and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a Primary Care Provider.
