An unpleasant, officious bureaucrat at the front desk refused to help my 87 year old mother give the insurance information that was needed. She rejected attempts made by others in the waiting room to help solve the issue... kept looking past my parents calling "next!" Despite having an appointment, they were sent home without being seen. A two hour round trip for a couple octogenarians is not easy – and all for naught. What a terrible doctor's office.

Zero stars. We have waited WEEKS for a test result. I have called 4 times, and they will not share the test results, incorrectly stating that the ordering physician's responsibility is not to provide test results. I have also filed a formal complaint with the State of IL. Please, if you can possibly go somewhere else, do. This is not a place that cares about patient wellness or health.

longest wait times ever, just for a 5 minute appointment (yes, actually 5 minutes) where the Dr. told me to take supplements!

Front desk was so rude and unprofessional. Drove all the way to the location & then were told we couldn’t be seen AFTER CONFIRMING 3 times that the patient was a minor. We get there and they tell us they don’t see minors, after being told they do. Front desk was loud and laughing at phone calls & clients. NEVER going back there.
