Worst place ever. Wouldn't listen Think they know everything without looking into it. Drove 3 hours one way for the np to say OK we can do that and the dr who never said a word to me said nope not doing it. Worst drs office

Getting them on the phone is a little tough, but I came in for some pre-op testing and the NP looked at my records, asked me some questions and declined to do extra testing because I didn't need it. The NP could have me do it and made extra money off me, but I didn't need the test so they didn't. Honesty is hard to find.

My Father used to go to Dr Leak but switched offices years ago because Dr leak is condescending and outright rude. My dad had to go the hospital recently and unfortunately Dr Leak was on call. He came in and berated my dad. I would highly suggest you find a different office to go to.

After several years with Dr. Leake it became worse over the years. It started with a professionalism and concern for me as a persosn. It digressed to far less. My concerns about pain were met with comments indicating it shouldn't hurt that bad. There waa o concern for me after the bladder scope. Just ran out of the room to the next victim. I just had a kidney transplant and needed to see a urologist. Much less pain and more clear explanation. I knew there had to be a better way. Staff is disorganized and sometimes rude. No follow up. I scheduled a bilateral ureteroscopy with another doctor in Chicago. Had the urine culture done at Premier Medical Group, but they dragged their feet sending the results to this other doctor, who only received them 5 days before my procedure.
