After several years with Dr. Leake it became worse over the years. It started with a professionalism and concern for me as a persosn. It digressed to far less. My concerns about pain were met with comments indicating it shouldn't hurt that bad. There waa o concern for me after the bladder scope. Just ran out of the room to the next victim. Staff is disorganized and sometimes rude. No follow up. I scheduled a bilateral ureteroscopy with another doctor in Chicago. Had the urine culture done at Premier Medical Group, but they dragged their feet sending the results to this other doctor, who only received them 5 days before my procedure.

Not a big fan of this office. I took my husband there to see Dr Chailin who is a good Dr but the front office staff needs to work on their professionalism and attitudes. Most of them are rude at best. They act as if they are being bothered to help the patients with questions.

I saw the PA for chronic UTIs. I was asked to give a urine sample everytime I came in. What I wasn’t told is that they do DNA testing on the urine sample to further understand the bacteria causing infections. Also unaware that these specialized in house DNA testing on urine sample/cultures cost a fortune. I had to pay over $1k for two urinalysis testing that I had done. The provider never told me how much these test would cost, nor did she give me an alternative to have the test sent to lab corp or to submit urine samples to... read more
