Pope Properties-Chalfants Grove -I lived at The Berkshire from 1999-2003 and at Chalfants Grove for going on 3 years now ! These are the nicest apartments in Parkersburg- if you have a problem it will be taken care of quickly! I can’t say enough positive things about Pope Properties and their professionalism!

I moved into a townhome recently. The place was immaculate. The portal system to view documents, pay, request maintenance, etc. is very user friendly and streamlined. The owner is very professional and easy to work with. The neighborhood is also very well kept and pristine not to mention safe and quiet. The pool is beautiful and fitness center well equipped. There is also a restaurant on campus. I plan to live her for a very long time.
