First, thank you to Milene; you were helpful and professional. That being said, some of your front customer-facing employees need a refresher in customer service and how to behave professionally.
I've been a customer to this clinic for at least 35 years,Dr Hector Boudreau was my dentist. I broke a tooth on Monday Aug/25/2025.Call for appointment and they can only take me on November24/2025 3 months later.......This is not acceptable, all other places have opening for emergencie's.I'm very dissapointed and may need to go elsewhere.
