Don't use the 'Do Not Disturb' sign. Turns out prostitutes use that to mark their room, so you'll get their customers bugging you. The Hurst has been there more than once to pickup a dead woman. Signs around there say no refunds after 5 minutes from check-in. I think it's because when you see how crappy the rooms are, etc, you'll want to leave.
