I am extremely disappointed with the flower arrangement my fiancé purchased from this shop. He picked up the flowers on Friday, and today is only Wednesday — less than a week later — and the entire arrangement is completely dead. What is even more disappointing is that when he first gave me the flowers on Friday, several of the peonies already looked wilted and past their prime. I’m unable to visit my mom for her bday and I live out of town. I still wanted her to feel loved and appreciated. These flowers were perfection. Nothing looks like its dying. The colors are vibrant and it was delivered with care. They are my new florist when I need to order flowers. These made my mom so happy. Thank you!

Chalet Florist (and their sister shop, Mitchell's Orland Park Florist & Flower Delivery) is a staple in the local area. 16 days ago I received this rose while visiting Chalet Florist. It is a beautiful testament to the quality of flowers they provided at all their neighborhood flower shops!

We had an amazing experience ordering our wedding bouquet and boutonniere. The team was incredibly helpful throughout the process and worked with us to customize the bouquet exactly how we envisioned it. We requested blue flowers added to a classic white rose bouquet, and the final result was absolutely stunning. It was elegant, unique, and perfect for our wedding day.
