Fantastic house. You feel like you are somewhere in Aix en Provence. Really, really beautifully decorated rooms, the view is amazing, the pool is a great idea (always). There is a backyard too but we didn’t use it. The kitchen is well-equipped so we cooked a dinner and stayed there enjoying nature. I was not the main client so I can’t rate the communication… but I definitely will be back!
I found and booked this accommodation online. The website showed the accommodation available and when I booked the accommodation it took the total amount of the accommodation on my credit card. I then get a phone call to say the accommodation is no longer available and has been booked out for months. Despite this they did not update their website. Our stay at Chalet De Tranquillité was peaceful and relaxing. Simoné was extremely accomodating. Communication was outstanding. Highly recommend staying at Chalet De Tranquillité !!
