I recently toured this property and had such a great experience from start to finish. Juanita the new PM, and i was lucky enough to meet the region Managers they were extremely friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome right away. They were happy to answer all my questions and took the time to walk me through everything. The property itself was very clean, well-kept, and had a peaceful, inviting atmosphere. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Will not return any calls, maintenance issues do not get repaired all the way, will have unexpected fees not aware of, AND THE NEW PROPERTY MANAGER EVELYN IS NO BETTER. If you have a complaint go to corporate, she will not do her job and if she says she will call you back she won’t.
Unfortunately my Boyfriend and I had a hard time living here. When we first moved in what was supposed to be a happy and exciting time was a stressful one as we were greeted with Fleas and cockroaches the first week we moved in. I was covered in bites and Once we addressed this issue we were told that pest control would come in into our apartment the next day and they didn’t then we would call again and they would tell us the same thing and they never came.
