I do not recommend these apartments to anyone. The service from the management office is extremely poor, especially when it comes to maintenance. I reported a water leak over a week ago, and the problem still has not been resolved. Now I have no power in my kitchen or one bedroom, and there is a terrible moisture odor in the carpet. These are serious issues involving water and electricity, yet there has been no sense of urgency. Very disappointing management and terrible service.
Mi experiencia viviendo aquí ha sido muy buena. La ubicación es excelente y siempre que he necesitado mantenimiento en mi apartamento, han respondido de manera rápida y eficiente. La administradora Rachael y, especialmente, Jocelin han sido muy amables y profesionales; Jocelin siempre estuvo dispuesta a responder mis dudas y ayudarme con cualquier inquietud. Lo único que agregaría para hacer este lugar aún mejor sería un parque infantil. En general, lo recomiendo totalmente.
My friend recently moved in here, and I went with her for both the tour and move-in process. Rachael and Jocelin were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional every step of the way. They made the experience smooth and welcoming, and their excellent customer service truly stood out. Thank you both for making such a positive first impression!
The most recent experience, which is among many, is just how unprofessional and inconsiderate the property managers are that Brookside Properties hires. We received a notice of work that needed to be done and that the water would be shutoff on June 11. Well it was not turned off and we were not notified of a change in plans or an alternate date that the work would be done. Tengo desde el 12 de marzo y ya es 1 de abril y sin clima en el apartamento L-6 y no le pueden poner el clima donde no lo reparan no se con quien tenga que hablar para que me areglen esto de inmediato tengo niños de un año y es insoportable vivir días con calor y días con frío donde no pueden poner uno nuevo malísima la administración del lugar yo no vuelvo a rentar en este lugar ya tengo 2 años y no vuelvo a renovar contrato por la mala administración del lugar
