I used to live in Chalet. It used to be good but isn't what it used to be. A manager Rita sent notices to all the tenants and had no explanation. Kim became manager and sent us a notice saying we had 3 days to pay the rent or move out and laughed and bragged about sending the notices to paying tenants and took two and a half months to fix our oven. UPDATE TO MY REVIEW THEY GOT EVEN WORSE. Now we have a broken window they refuse to fix even tho they state they have emergency maintenance. It’s now been a week. We still have a broken window that they put a trash bag over and taped poorly. It blows off everytime the wind blows so yeah they raised the rent and things got worse not better maintenance used to be on top of things They will tell you to pay your rent through flex then charge you a late fee when you pay flex on time but flex doesn’t pay them it’s a scam
There very nice people and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and informative would recommend
My apartment was flooded when I came back from vacation at 8:30 because the toilet had been flooding from one of the pipes. I called the “emergency” maintenance number 4 times never came or called me back. I go into the office to let them know and the office lady had an attitude the whole time. The water is literally standing in my closet and she said “it may take a few hours.”
