Kevin seems to be a good lawyer, our case is pending as of September 2022 so i can't say much but i will update as we progress but so far so good. Update: they moved to another office as of December 2022 so our case got kinda delayed. Update: I finally met Kevin today ( January 27,2023. Very cool guy. Case is still pending due to staffing issue but so far so good. I am a lawyer who has worked with CRP on their cases, assisting their firm to enforce judgments they obtained on behalf of their clients. I have been involved in multiple cases with them and it is obvious to me that they know their specialized area of law better than anyone else. They are aggressive, creative, and responsive. I have also seen how they treat / care about their clients (cutting them breaks on fees and costs when they absolutely did not need to do that). Top notch firm in every way.
Lauren and Daniel are top class Attorneys for caregivers! They are honest, dependable, thorough and aggressive. At first, I was hesitant because I didn't know if they were genuine or not, or if they could be trusted, but I'm glad that I chose them as my Attorneys because they fought hard for me! Daniel Chaleff has been very helpful thru d years. I have recommended him to caregivers who had problems with caregiver agencies/ elderlies who have been manipulated with salaries n wages. Daniel is a very experienced lawyer, knowledgeable of d new “California Caregiver’s law”, labor law, etc. He is a very nice man n so with their law office, everybody willing to talk n discuss legal matters on caregivers...
