I reached out a week ago to express my disappointment. I haven't heard back. My hair is jacked. Unprofessional staff. Made to feel like my big hair was a nuisance. Left feeling worse than when I arrived. Not a fan.

Shane is the BEST! I had my first appointment with him last night. Not only did my hair coloring and cut turn out great, but I enjoyed their pampering ways.
