Great food at Chakara!! I've introduced about 6 different friends to this place..also taken family..and a neighbor. I treated all my coworkers to takeout lunches which was beautifully done ...food always fresh.. spinach noodles are great...singapore noodles the best i've had anywhere..great portions.
Have driven by this building for years and seen it change hands.. Just moved in down the road and gave it a try.... Service = awesome. Drinks= awesome.. Food = awesome.. Food the next day= awesome.. Neg= they are not in my kitchen when I get home from work to cook me dinner... Maybe I can rent a cot there :)
I enjoyed the meal as o ate it, but both my husband and I experienced intestinal distress for the next 12 hours.
Atmosphere was nice.Staff was nice..Food is really good!..Tastes fresh.Nice and hot!
Waiters were awesome. A+ for them. Gyoza Dumplings were good. Pork Belly Sliders weren't very good, the bun was too doughy, it almost seemed raw. Chakara Chicken was very good, A+. The Butter Chicken was runny and cold, not much flavor. Old Siam Pad Thai, The rice noodles weren't very good, over cooked perhaps. I would go back for the Chakara Chicken though.
A really nice restaurant that's relaxing and the staff is beyond friendly.
