Dr. Chaiwing was professional, gentle, and incredibly reassuring throughout my endodontic treatment. Her personality was amazing, warm, kind, and funny, which made the whole experience so much easier. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Hsiao since last summer, referred by my regular dentist for 3 root canal re-treatments. These procedures are notoriously painful and expensive, as we all know. Dr. Hsiao is not only a very good doctor but also a truly wonderful person who makes you feel comfortable and treated like a friend, not just a patient.
