I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The staff seemed rushed and not very attentive, which made me feel uncomfortable from the start. The dentist barely explained what was going on with my treatment, and I felt like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously. The procedure itself felt unprofessional and left me with more discomfort than before. Incredibly Kind and Caring Team! What a wonderful Endondontic office! From the front desk staff to the dental assistants and Dr. Hsiao, everyone was so friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. Dr. Hsiao completely eased my 10 year old daughter’s anxiety. We’ve never felt so comfortable at a doctor’s office. Highly recommend for their amazing attitude and service alone!
