Charging $500 for a showing. Shameful.
I absolutely refuse to pay $500 for a viewing when there are nicer houses in my price range. Other realtors are more professional and I assume they have to charge people to see their homes for sale because that’s the only way they make money since they have horrible customer service. I’ll go with a big name and pay their closing costs instead. Thanks.
