Very disappointed with this company. First of all the apartment on Walker St was on a month to month basis. They said I had to make 3 times the rent to be able to rent it. They don’t count the money I make giving plasma or the money my daughter gives me every month. The other places I looked at do. Also, they charge $30 for an application fee. I believe they get a lot of applications and I feel they’re making money by charging applications fees. I don’t believe they check out a lot of the applications.
