responsive to email, friendly staff, lowest rates compared to nearby bike shops. Kendall in particular is great!
Good prices but not reliable. Very difficult to reach anyone and not open at the time they say
Super nice! I went in there to get my seat raised and they did it without any charge which I really appreciated. Definitely makes me want to go back.
Would NOT recommend. Tried picking up my bike 5 times and they were always closed despite their hours on their website saying they were open. Other people were waiting too. After getting my bike back for brake repairs, the break pads weren’t replaced and it did not seem like they fixed anything..At least the people at the desk were kind.
Awesome service, quick and efficient.
