We offer a wide range of bikes from Fuji, Rocky Mountain, Biria, and Breezer. Rolf wheels including demo wheelsets in the summer months. To assorted clothing, accessories such as sunglasses, Detour bags, and cycling computers to name a few, to TSL snowshoes. We offer snowshoe demos in the winter!!

I used to live within sight of the shop and have been going there since they opened. They are my go to shop for bike needs. Recently, I was in the market for a bike for my son. I was able to find a brand new bike for $15 over my used bike budget! ($225 budget)

Chain Reaction is the friendliest, most helpful, no-pressure bike shop around. I felt comfortable and well-served as a customer. For being a small shop, they have a great selection of bikes & accessories. The racks they had on hand did not fit my new bike, so they are placing an order for a new one which they said will be ready this coming week! I started bringing my TT bike to Nicki last spring and was so impressed that I won't take it for service anywhere else. Whenever I get my bike back after having it serviced, it performs exactly how it should on the road. She and her staff do a great job of making you feel appreciated and satisfied as a customer. Best bike shop around, in my opinion.
Niki is a great mechanic, and this is a great shop. Definitely worth the visit!
We have bought 4 bikes here and have been happy with all of them. They genuinely are excited to get people set with the right bike and it is a friendly, encouraging gem hidden in Appleton.
