We offer a wide range of bikes from Fuji, Rocky Mountain, Biria, and Breezer. Rolf wheels including demo wheelsets in the summer months. To assorted clothing, accessories such as sunglasses, Detour bags, and cycling computers to name a few, to TSL snowshoes. We offer snowshoe demos in the winter!!

I was torn between fixing my bike or buying a new one. I have a 15 year old Giant and I decided to get a tune up with new tires and a few other odds and ends. My appointment was scheduled for next Tuesday and I dropped it off a week early and I already picked up my bike already! I highly recommend them
After searching high and low for bicycles... (who knew they’d be so hard to find during a pandemic?) Mando and I were thrilled to find Chain Reaction Cyclery in Appleton today!! Not only were they able to outfit us both with new bicycles but they were also more moderately priced than every other place we looked. We would HIGHLY recommend them (Niki and Pete) to anyone looking to enjoy biking in Wisconsin!
Niki & her crew tuned up my ancient Schwinn that has been ridden hard and put away wet for many years. The old bike rides better than when it was rolled out of the shop for the first time. I'm looking forward to many more miles of riding pleasure!
I haven't had a bike in over 5 years, they were helpful, kind, safe and went above and beyond! I would definitely suggest this shop for anyone looking for a bike or their bike related needs! They really care that your bike is perfect for you and your needs.
This place is amazeballs! We bought a used bike from a private party and found that it had some issues after we brought it home. After some repairs at Chain Reaction Cyclery, the bike rides like new. If you’re on the fence on where to take your bike, look no further. Hands-down, the best customer service.
My bike got bumped and I am so grateful I took it to Chain Reaction because the staff is so knowledgable and I can trust they found everything wrong and now I am safe to ride. That means everything, right there.
