Fast, friendly, no bs. Didn't try to sell us on anything, gave us plenty of solid advice, and found solutions to mounting accessories on a difficult carbon fibre commuter. Purchased a Giant Comox 1, LED USB lighting, fenders, rack. Didn't need to haggle on price, as they were already 5-10% lower than some other good stores. I bought a bike here 17 years ago, and they're just as good now as they were back then.
I have been dealing with Chain Reaction for 30 years. Best service, best guys in the bike business. They know their stuff! Road and Mountain experts!
