After I was hit by a car while riding my bike in a clearly marked crossing lane, I was unable to get any of the insurers, to include my own, to talk to me about both my injuries and damaged bicycle. This is a phishing scam… they called me trying to create a fake intake. The gentleman was very rude and asked me for details that he could have gotten through other government sources in the event they were proposed to help. Very disgusting, disgraceful and disappointing trying to receive help from these people…
They weren’t able to help me, however they were honest, they gave good advice relevant to my situation and they actually called me back which is rare.
