Though I didn't end up needing to use Allan's services, he was very helpful in his consultation with me. When he could've jumped at the chance at more business, he instead weighed the pros and cons with me in an honest, straight-forward manner. After I was hit by a car while riding my bike in a clearly marked crossing lane, I was unable to get any of the insurers, to include my own, to talk to me about both my injuries and damaged bicycle.
